Educational partnerships provide a unique opportunity for the charter school students to learn from local experts and gain real-world experience.

Partnering business and organizations benefit by receiving positive recognition in the community for their involvement with education. There is also the potential for ICA students to partner with business to provide a service to the organization or work together in an enterprise model. Also, our new high school provides an opportunity for businesses and organizations to provide job specific skills to students before they graduate high school. This allows students to enter the work force with skills they would not normally get from high school and allows student to be more marketable for hiring or gives them a jump start on skills to be obtained in technical school or college.
